- Strength & endurance - High-intensity impulses for maximum performance
- Gentle on the joints - High-intensity contractions without straining the joints
- Pain reduction - Relieves back pain and tension

How the electrodes on the forearms and calves work:
The further we move from the centre of the body, the more sensitive the muscles are to electrical impulses, and the more moderate the intensity should be. For this reason, on the CONNECT suit the forearm electrodes are linked to the biceps control and the calf electrodes are linked to the hamstring control. Even without separate control, the forearms and calves are already co-activated via nearby nerve pathways. The additional electrodes specifically reinforce this natural effect, so that the forearms and calves are trained effectively and at the same time very comfortably – seamlessly integrated into the overall EMS workout.

The right size for the best training
The eaglefit EMS suit should fit snugly to deliver the best results. Thanks to its stretchy material, it adapts perfectly to your body. Use our size chart, to find the right size. If in doubt, we recommend choosing the smaller size – especially if you're planning to reduce your waist measurement.
Flexible training – one system for two people!
Want to share your EMS Connect System with your partner? No problem! If you and your partner (e.g. size L & size XS) want to take turns using the EMS Connect System – at home or on the go – there's no need to buy a second complete system. A single EMS Connect System plus one additional suit is enough. Since the EMS Connect PowerBox can only be connected to one person at a time, you simply train one after the other. Each of you can install the app on your own smartphone and save your individual settings – for a personalised EMS workout, whenever and wherever you want!
