How to use
Attachment to a ceiling mount (not included in delivery): hook the rope ends into a ceiling mount using a carabiner. If you already own an eaglefit sling trainer, this pull-up bar makes the perfect addition: simply order the “pull-up bar with rope” and clip the rope ends into the carabiner of the mounting strap, adjust the length individually — and you’re good to go.
