Nach sechs Operationen am Rücken innert sieben Jahre, habe ich sportlich gar nichts mehr gemacht. Ich dachte auch, mit der Diagnose vom Chirurg nach der sechsten OP, kann ich nie mehr etwas machen. Mein Gewichtslimit welches ich heben darf liegt laut Chirurg bei 10KG!
Mein Arzt hat mir dann das EMS Training empfohlen nachdem ich mit Intervall-Fasten soviel Gewicht verloren habe, dass er meinte es sei jetzt genug mit abnehmen.
Zuerst ging ich in ein geführtes EMS Training mit einem Coach und einem anderen Anzug. Dies ist aber auf Dauer einfach zu teuer und so habe ich mich entschieden, einen Eaglefit Anzug zu kaufen.
Diesen benutze ich nun seit gut 6 Monate, seit fast drei Monate gehe ich mit ihm 2-3 mal pro Woche ins Gym.

Der Anzug fühlt sich echt gut an und das Steuergerät ist so positioniert, dass der Kontakt bei keiner Übung abbricht. (Beim Anzug im geführten Training war das Adaptersystem eine Katastrophe. Einmal in die Knie und schon viel der Adapter ab.)

Die App ist sehr übersichtlich und einfach zu steuern.
Nach ungefähr drei bis vier Trainings wasche ich den Anzug in der Maschine im Handwaschprogramm und Schleudere ihn bei 400 Umdrehungen.

Für mich ist der Anzug ein Geschenk da ich mit ihm mit wenig Gewicht trainieren kann und trotzdem eine gute Muskelkontraktion erhalte. Klar braucht es auch regelmässiges Training und eine gute Ernährung um Resultate zu erhalten. Aber der Anzug unterstützt mich perfekt dabei und hilft mir, Muskeln aufzubauen.

Die Qualität find ich sehr gut. Es sind nur einzelne Fäden bei den Nähten welche sich lösen, was aber bis jetzt keinerlei die Funktion beeinträchtigt.
Teilweise beginnt er auch zu "fuseln". Aber hey, das geschieht sicher mit jedem Kleid welches man regelmässig braucht und so belastet.
Im Gym falle ich auch nicht gross auf, da ich immer Turnhosen und ein Shirt darüber trage. Hier sticht der Anzug mit seinem angenehmen und dünnen Stoff hervorragend heraus.
Ich ging auch schon damit Treppenlaufen, was sehr gut funktioniert!

Das Natel stelle ich beim Training immer so ein, dass es nie in den Standby Modus geht wenn ich trainiere. So kann ich direkt zwischen den Übungen auf Pause drücken und muss es nicht zuerst noch entsperren.

Es braucht zu Beginn etwas Übung und Eingewöhnung an der Handhabung. Hat man sich aber daran gewöhnt, fällt es einem sehr schwer, mal ohne Anzug zu trainieren! Ich empfehle es aber trotzdem ab und an zu machen, damit man den Unterschied feststellen kann, denn dieser ist definitiv vorhanden!

Für solche die eine körperliche Beeinträchtigung haben und trotzdem am Muskelaufbau arbeiten wollen, kann ich den Anzug mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! Es ist eine perfekte Ergänzung und hilft, vorwärts zu kommen!
Ich bin sehr dankbar für den Eaglefit Anzug. Für meine Situation ist er perfekt.

Dazu kommt noch der Kundenkontakt. Der Verkäufer in der Schweiz ist sehr bemüht jegliche Fragen oder Probleme gemeinsam zu lösen! Einfach top, so macht ein gelungenes Produkt noch viel mehr Spass!!
