Kurz vor Weihnachten habe ich den EMS-Anzug bestellt und noch rechtzeitig erhalten, sodass er unter den Weihnachtsbaum gelegt werden konnte. EagleFit ist individuell auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen und hat zeitnah auf Anfragen reagiert.

Il servizio clienti è stato impeccabile e il prodotto si presenta in modo davvero premium: il packaging è curato e le informazioni fornite a corredo sono chiare e complete, un grande punto a favore. La tuta stessa è di ottima fattura e sembra molto efficace. L'unica pecca che ho riscontrato riguarda l'app che controlla gli elettrodi (il motivo per cui ho dato solo 4 stelle). Attualmente è molto basilare e ritengo che con un piccolo sforzo di sviluppo in più potrebbe essere resa più moderna, intuitiva e ricca di funzionalità, migliorando notevolmente l'esperienza d'uso complessiva. Nel complesso, è un acquisto che consiglio vivamente per la qualità del materiale e il supporto ricevuto!o e servizio impeccabile

Ich bin äusserst zufrieden mit dem Service! Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und zuverlässig, was für mich sehr wichtig ist. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die kostenlose Reparatur, die ich in Anspruch nehmen konnte, obwohl die Garantiefrist abgelaufen war – ein echtes Plus! Ich erhielt in der Ausfallzeit ein Ersatzgerät, sodass ich keinerlei Ausfallzeit hatte. Zudem wurde die EMS-Bekleidung in zwei verschiedenen Grössen geliefert, was mir die Auswahl erleichtert hat und eine perfekte Passform garantiert. Insgesamt kann ich den Anbieter absolut empfehlen – erstklassiger Service, schnelle Lieferung, grosszügige Extras und eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Betreuung!
